This haven of serenity in idyllic setting near the water not far from the downtown of Aÿ invites you to enjoy a pleasant stay with friends, family or lovers. Within this villa with garden, the masters of the premises guarantee total comfort. They paid special attention to the layout and decoration of each room. At Villa d'Ay-Champagne, you get a kitchen, a large living room with mezzanine and bedrooms as well as a relaxation area with spa. The large terrace, patio and garden offer serene frameworks to relax and enjoy a reading break. When you stop, take time to visit the cellars and vineyards classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the famous Avenue de Champagne in Epernay 5 minutes away from Villa.
