The bathroom is compact with a shower and no bath. Please note that the property does not have a lift, as it is an old Edinburgh building. The flat is located on the 3rd floor, this flat won't be suitable for people with mobility issues. During August, Edinburgh hosts the internationally recognized Fringe Festival. Our flat's prime location near major Fringe events makes it an ideal spot for festival-goers. However, please be aware that this central location may result in some noise from the streets during the festival period. Enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of the city, with easy access to top attractions and cultural events. Please note that a linen damage fee will be applied if any of the provided linens or towels are found to be in an unusable condition. This may include, but is not limited to, items that are: 

Torn or ripped Permanently stained or marked Burnt, bleached, or faded due to misuse Damaged by makeup, oils, or other substances that cannot be removed Our linens provider will assess the condition of these items and apply charges if necessary.
