WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove and open fire, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a wraparound garden with lawn, gravel, furniture, and barbecue, as well as off-road parking available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, beach 0.7 miles. Enjoy a memorable escape to Lancashire at 1 The Green. Note: There are a few steps in the hallway and a few steps up to one bedroom on the first floor, so please take care.

The pretty and quiet coastal village of Silverdale is situated on the shores of Morecambe Bay. Both Silverdale and nearby Arnside have a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs. The local surrounding area is a “nature lover’s paradise” with stunning limestone pavements and wonderful woodland walks through countryside alive with rare plants, trees and wildlife - the internationally renowned Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve is just 1 mile away from the village. Further afield, but within easy touring distance, are the Lake District and Lune Valley, The Yorkshire Dales and The Forest of Bowland.
