Property information

A lovely clean and spacious ground floor flat offering its own private stylish garden and two secure off street parking spaces. Situated in the quiet town of Frampton, country walks, farm shop & cafe and great local pubs are on your doorstep. However it is close enough to all Bristol has to offer with the center being a 17min drive away and Bath city center a 35min drive. The bus stop at the end of the private driveway takes you to the city center and also cribbs causeway shopping.

Neighbourhood information

Positioned just outside of Bristol city center, Frampton is a quiet village along the river Frome. It offers an 18 mile scenic trail from central Bristol all the way to the Cotswolds that is perfect for dog walking. The nearby pub (the globe) offers a great selection of drinks and has a very ample garden that is perfect in the sunshine. There are more pubs within walking distance and it has great restaurants and takeaways in the local area. It is perfectly located to get you to both Bristol and Bath.
