Fantastically positioned and perfectly sizeable apartment in Cardiff's bustling City Centre, Just 10 mins walk through the city's parks to the Principality Stadium and spectacular City Centre, with fantastic shopping, culture and nightlife. The apartment has 2 x double bedrooms, a sofa in the lounge, full kitchen, lounge area, The space 2 private bedrooms both include a double bed, meaning 4 can sleep very comfortably, the sofa in the lounge is also a sofa bed if required for an additional person if required. The lounge is reasonably sized and has a 4 person dining table, leather sofa, TV , and there's a full kitchen with hob oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine. And cutlery, utensils, cups, mugs etc! There's also a Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Board within the property to make it more home from home without having to pack all of these items, The property is professionally cleaned after every stay for your comfort and peace of mind. To access the apartment you will need to go through a single front door at the front of the building leading into a long corridor, carry on straight through second door leading to the property on your right hand side, the 2 x bedrooms are located on the first floor up a short flight of stairs. Please note there is no parking directly with the apartment, We would advise all guests to use Park-O-Pedia for the closest parking options. (Sophia Gardens would be the closest)
