Property information

This charming apartment sits within a grade 2 listed building which has been sympathetically renovated and manages to preserve the integrity of the wonderful original features. Superbly positioned just opposite ‘The Shambles’, you really couldn’t be closer to all that the city has to offer. That being said the apartment has a great balance of being a quiet retreat away from any street noise. Upon entering the hallway leads through to the kitchen/lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you’d expect to find, such as a dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine and washer/dryer. There is also a dining table to seat up to 4 for dinner. The lounge is equipped with a sofa that can be converted to a bed to accommodate the occasional extra person. The master bedroom is stylishly presented and features a king size bed and wardrobe alongside bedside tables. The bathroom of the property is very spacious and contains a freestanding, walk in shower and separate bath. Although there is no parking with the apartment, paid for parking is available just a couple of minutes walk away at the Q Park.
