The property is situated in Telford, with easy access to local amenities, centrally located businesses and Shropshire's tourist spots. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and washing machine, three comfortable bedrooms (one single, one twin and one double) and a living / dining room with a sofa bed. The house has parking space for three cars and has a bus stop very close by. 4.8 miles from Telford's International Exhibition Centre, 2.7 miles from Telford College of Arts and Technology, 1.2 miles from MOD Donnington, 1.7 miles from Hortonwood Industrial park
