Apartment 18, Hill View, Brean, is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, sleeping 4. It was refurbished in October 2021 and no expense has been spared in making this a true home from home and giving you a great holiday experience. It is less than 300 meters from the the beautiful, dog friendly, sandy, Brean Beach. Based right in the heart of the village of Brean you are minutes from everything you need. It comes with one dedicated parking spot. The apartment includes two bedrooms. Both rooms have small double beds and both rooms have some storage. There is a full kitchen, and it includes a fridge and washing machine. The living area has a feature wall with electric fireplace. There is also a 40inch smart tv. Internet is supplied throughout the apartment. The shower area was refurbished in 2025. Electricity and internet are included in the price. Towels and bedding are also included in the price. Guests enjoy the whole of the apartment to themselves. Other things to note Pets are allowed at no additional cost.

Mike and I own two apartments at Hill View and another at Knoll Park. All apartments are to a standard that we would expect if we were to stay there. We live locally so if there would to be any problems we can be on site within 15 minutes or so.

Set in the heart of Brean almost everything is within walking distance. There are bars and restaurants within minutes. The beach is accessed through a locked gate at the end of the site car park. The beach is open all year round for dogs and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. Please make sure to experience at least one. There is a weekly local market, Brean Beach, Golf, Mini Golf, Amusement Arcade, Splash Water Park, Theme Park, Animal Farm Adventure Park, Worlds Largest Helicopter Museum, Cheddar Caves and Gorge, Burnham-0n-Sea Pier, Weston Super Mare Grand Pier, Puxton Farm just to name a few.
