About this property
Situated on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh city centre, The Inn on the Mile offers an alternative luxury hotel experience of staying in one of Edinburgh's most prestigious historic landmarks. Princes Street and Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station are 400 metres away. Rooms at the hotel are situated across three floors and accessed by stairs only. Included in all bedrooms are a large flat-screen TV, work desk with free Wi-Fi and an iPod dock with ceiling in-built speakers. Guests can enjoy full tea and coffee making facilities, which come with Scottish delicacies. All bedrooms come with GHD hair straighteners as standard. The bar looks out over the Royal Mile and has free Wi-Fi, wood panelling and an outdoor seating area. A full Scottish breakfast is available each morning and pub food is served daily. Limited room service is also available. It is a 5-minute walk from The Inn on the Mile to Edinburgh Castle, which overlooks the picturesque Princes Street Gardens. Waverley Train Station is only 2 minutes’ walk away and Edinburgh Airport can be accessed via the Airlink bus service which runs every 10 minutes from the airport to the city centre.
