Two-bedroom apartment, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the train station, with links into Exeter, Torquay, and Plymouth. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away with great links into neighboring villages and towns, no other holiday let in the building only containing two other apartments. 2 mins walk and you are in the heart of this beautiful seaside town, with an array of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shops, also within 4 min walk of the supermarket. Open plan living room, with modern kitchen, newly fitted double glazing and flooring.
We stumbled across this sea side town three years ago and never went home, we love the town and have good knowledge of places to visit and things to do. We have visited many other sea side towns over the years, Teignmouth offers a great community feel with lots to do for children, great walks for anyone who has a pet, and an amazing beach with a beautiful back beach. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and are on hand for any advice, as we live only a 5-minute drive outside of the town.
Beaches, Coffe Shops, a Pier, restaurants, a Theatre, childrens park, an Outdoor heated pool, Country side walks, a Train station into London and other major cities, as well as Exeter the capital of Devon all of this within 10 minutes walk of the property.
