CovStays Ltd are a fast-growing and experienced company based in Victoria House in Coventry City Centre. We currently have 50 units in the city centre - mainly studio apartments but also a 2-bed and 3-bed apartment. We have been in the short-stay business for over 4 years but in property for the last 23 years! We pride ourselves by being able to offer a better alternative to the standard hotel and B&B - and delighting our guests who have come from all areas of the world - be in for leisure or business, or contractors or parents settling in their children at university.

Property information

A modern, spacious and bright, newly-renovated. luxury apartment on the first floor accessible via a lift directly from secure basement car park. Two bedrooms each with King beds, an open-plan kitchen with a living room. The master bedroom features an en-suite shower room, and there is an additional bathroom with shower too. The kitchen comes with ample storage units, a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Ultra-fast Wi-fi and 50 inch wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix available.

Neighbourhood information

Centrally located in the city centre and so very close to place of interest such as Transport Museum, cathedrals, Herbert Art Gallery, Priory Gardens. And within a few minutes walk are the city centre shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.
