Locally sourced produce is used to create a wide selection of dishes in the award-winning restaurant. Mature prime Ulster sirloin of beef is on offer, as well as fish caught in local waters. Cocktails, fine wines and a selection of whiskeys are on the menu and traditional Irish music can be heard on Saturday nights.
