My brother and I purchased this office building in 2023 have been through all planning & building procedures, we have transformed this property into high spec self catering holiday lets, a lot of blood, sweat and a few tears have went into this transformation, and we could'nt be prouder of what we acheived!!

Property information

A Quirky turret style detached house situated at the rear of the courtyard is the two bedroom self contained house over two levels which has been tastefully modernised to a high specification with a fully fitted kitchen, integrated kitchen appliances, walk in shower, coffee machine and lots more. We have a communal washing machine/tumble dryer for guests to use and an enclosed garden area at the rear with fixed seating to enjoy the sun along with two electric bike lockers . This house has all your mod-cons for your own home from home comfort.

Situated on the beautiful Isle of Bute, a 35 minute ferry journey from Wemyss Bay, you will find Castle Street Apartments a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and a 2 minute walk from Guildford Square in the centre of town.
