A small compact house in the heart of Cheltenham.Minutes away on foot from all the pubs, restaurants, shops and festivals that Cheltenham proudly offers. The property is complemented by off road parking for one vehicle, a rarity in the town centre!!! Please note the property has a smart tv allowing guests to sign into their own smart apps (Amazon, Netflix itvhub ) there is no sky Tv.
Happy professional family man who loves traveling The property operates a key safe system, and we are contactable via text, phone, WhatsApp or in person if needed. Advice on pubs, restaurants and walks is freely available.
The property sits on the edge of the Fairview and town centre areas. Fairview itself provides coffee shops, a pizzeria, take aways and a shop all within a minutes walk. The town centre hosts numerous pubs, nightclubs and restaurants. Has a renowned commercial reputation and contains a new, impressive John Lewis superstore. Furthermore, the Everyman Theatre, Town Hall and Montpellier Gardens, are all within a five minute walk. These locations showcase great plays, shows and comedians as well as being the home of events such as the Literature, Science, Food and Jazz Festivals. The property is also centrally situated providing easy access to Pitville Pump Rooms, another impressive event and wedding venue, as well as the notorious Cheltenham Racecourse. There is parking for one, off road vehicle, at the property. The property is perfectly situated to reach most of what Cheltenham has to offer, however is also situated just off a bus route if feet are feeling tired.
