Airely is a property management company with properties in prime areas and a desire to share unique homes in London with people. The apartments have 24/7 self check in option and are equipped with all kitchen utensils and amenities as well as toiletries and towels.

Property information

The property consists of three large floors in a historical building, former pub, The Anchor, belonging in the the pubs of Somers Town. The pub is dating back to 1929 and in fact the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Prince of Wales were its first customers. The Anchor was a welcoming pub, had a very good juke box and received press interest at that time. The pub closed down in 1998 and the building was converted to residential use. The sign survives till today. Over 150 sqm you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, a massive living room and terrace, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a third toilet. As you enter the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen with extensive cooking utensils, toaster and coffee maker and the first toilet. Heading into the first floor, the living room is the heart of this house with 2 sofas and a 3rd sofa bed, second dinning area, books, music and ample space to socialise or relax. The second floor consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a second private terrace, and one bathroom. Finally the third floor has another two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The property has high ceilings and its layout offers privacy and homy atmosphere.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood In Chalton street you will find the iconic 'Somers Town Coffee House' pub with plenty outdoors and indoors space, a local hangout for all generations. There is a sports centre, Somers gallery, cafes, an irish pub and international restaurants. Kings cross station is 5 min away and you have access to Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria lines and TFL. There are regular trains to Gatwick and Luton airport as well as to most UK destinations. In Kings cross you will also, find the famous 9¾ Harry Potter platform. The British library is located just 5 min away from the property and it includes a picturesque cafe terrace where you can enjoy your time. Regent's Park is a short walk away and most central London areas are within easy reach by walk, bus or tube. This is an excellent location if you want to live in ZONE 1, next to monuments, shopping streets and parks.
