Welcome to this beautiful 4 bedroom recently substantially renovated shared property 5 mins walk from the town centre of Hartlepool and train station and local amenities. We are ideally looking for working professionals; and someone that takes pride in their home. This is a house share. Beautifully presented home with the following: * kitchen and separate lounge living room area for those that want to watch Netflix! Dining table and sofa and projector included * kitchen has brand new integrated dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and cutlery and plates etc so no need to buy anything * cleaner included at no extra cost * total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 are ensuite, 4 people total in the house (2 only share a bathroom from the entire household) * each bedroom comes with its own desk and chair, wardrobe/chest of drawers * high speed internet included * parking available * close to marina, town centre, train station, beach, Starbucks, Tesco extra etc by foot (5 minutes), B and M, Morrisons, and high street * convenient location near transport links and commuter towns
