Passes are required for the swimming pool and entertainment complex these are not included in the price of your holiday they can be purchasd from reception The caravan is a 6 bearth and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac its in the prem part of the park due to piped gas and parking and decking to the front of caravan. From the window you have a lovely view of the sea. There is 2 tvs in the caravan one in the lounge and one in the main bedroom. The caravan has free wifi and netflix there is also a dvd player in the lounge. We have games and dvds for children. The beach is a short walk and there is some lovely scenic walks to take. There is pony tracking a short walk away and tweddle farm. Hartlepool Marina is approx 4 miles away which has some lovely bars and restaurants. The caravan has a no pet and smoking policy and we would like guests to abide by the rules guests can be removed from the caravan if caught breaking the rules.Same sex groups are not allowed.This is a family orientated caravan no same sex parties no groups no more than 4 adults allowed. The caravan had a new oven fitted in 2023,there is lots of extras including an air fryer and a slow cooker, we also have an Alexa. We take no responsibility for items left in the caravan,please make sure you take everything with you.
