About this property

The Cumbria Grand is set in 25 acres of gardens and woodlands, and is only a 15-minute drive from Lake Windermere. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas. Bathrooms have bathtubs and showers and the spacious rooms also feature a TV, hairdryers and tea-coffee making facilities. Many rooms have panoramic sea views over Morecambe Bay and beyond to the Yorkshire Dales. With views across the Bay, the Hazelwood Restaurant serves traditional cuisine using the finest local ingredients. There is a fine selection of wines to accompany the menu. This charming Victorian hotel has its own tennis court, putting green and children’s play area. Indoors, there is a full-size snooker table, table tennis and large ballroom. The beach is within easy walking distance of the Cumbria Grand Hotel, and Grange-Over-Sands Rail Station is 10 minutes’ walk away. Blackpool, and its airport, are 30 miles away.
