Property information

Daviot House is 4* rated guest house. Our central location allows guests to access Ayr’s beautiful, sandy beach, river walk, the local shopping centres, bars and restaurants. All of these are accessible by foot within minutes. The Grade C listed building is over 140 years old and retains several original features to add to your relaxation. We pride ourselves on providing a “Home from Home” get away, where guests can relax, recharge and enjoy all that Ayr and the surrounding area has to offer. We are well known for our hearty breakfasts which can be requested at the property at an additional charge. Daviot House is one of the few pet friendly establishments in the area. As we have two of our own dogs, we understand how difficult it can be to have a break without them. Well behaved dogs are welcome at Daviot House. We know all the best walks in the local area. Please feel free to ask and we will be happy to advise where to exercise and toilet your dog.
