Property information

Very spacious comfortable apartments at affordable rates in County Tyrone, 1 mile from County Donegal, 7 miles from County Fermanagh, perfectly located for traveling in the North West of Ireland. Derg Valley Apartments is just a few seconds walk to local restaurants, pubs and local supermarkets. If the apartment is left in a state where extra cleaning is required we will take a percentage off the damage deposit as a cleaning fee.

Points of interest in the town itself are Castlederg Leisure Centre, Castlederg Castle, Castlederg Play Park, fishing at the Derg River. Other locations nearby include Ulster American Folk Park, President Woodrow Wilson's Homestead, Lough Erne, Ulster Highway scene route, various historical stone circles. Killeter Forest, Gortin Glen Forest Park, Beaches in Donegal and lots of other notable areas.
