The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of games and DVDs, and a sunroom. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with furniture as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. At low tide, Gorran Haven's little sand beach connects with the larger Great Perhaver beach, making it a popular destination for families. The National Trust owns a large portion of the shoreline in this area, and the South West Coast Path goes through Gorran Haven, making it easily accessible. The 370-foot-high Dodman Point, which rises above Gorran and is considered one of Cornwall's most stunning headlands and the site of numerous shipwrecks, is also within walking distance. Views of Veryan Bay and Vault Beach can be seen from its gorse-covered peaks. To get to Mevagissey, you can take the coastal path to the town's harbour. Located on the coast at Porthluney Cove, Caerhays Castle is a casual 60-acre garden located near Gorran Haven in a lovely setting of woods, stream, and pastureland.
