East Beach Guest House is by the sea with over 100 years of heritage. It's a fantastic gateway to relaxation or a base to adventure. With a nod to contemporary Sussex coastal style, we have nine individually designed bedrooms doused in natural hues of Farrow & Ball and finished with mid-century artwork with luxury handmade mattresses & free WiFi. Wake up with breakfast in bed with our room service continental breakfast including delicious freshly baked pastries and soak up the amazing sea views.

Choose from one of the many fabulous restaurants all within walking distance and make use of our complimentary car parking. We are dog friendly with lots of great walks along the coast or in the South Downs.
