Fairview House rests over three floors and overlooks the town of Dartmouth in Devon. Find four bedrooms which are made up of a super king-size, a king-size, a twin and a bunk room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep eight people. The interior also boasts a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room and a study. The exterior boasts parking for two cars and a large garden with two decking areas, a lawn, furniture and a barbecue. Fairview House is a charming property in a fabulous Devon location, ideal for families and friends to come together. Parking available for 2 cars. The property is located on Fairview Road, which is very narrow in places. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves.A gardener will attend between Monday and Wednesday during bookings. He will not need access to the property.
