Please note that the Manor Room and Grand Manor Room cannot accommodate any extra beds or cots. Please note, for the other units, extra beds are available on request.

Please note that during the spa adult-only time, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the facilities. The times are: Weekdays: 06.30 – 11.00 & 14.00 – 22.00 / Weekends: 06.30 – 11.00 & 16.00 – 22.00. Sharkie's Reef (Kids Pool) - Opening times: Monday – Sunday; 10:00 – 18:00.

Please note a discretionary Service Charge of 5% of room rate (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be applied to all reservations. This charge is in addition to the room rate per night. This charge is intended to cover a portion of costs associated with our employees.
