Goole is a popular location for bird watching, with several nature reserves and wetlands in the surrounding area. Goole has a range of events and festivals throughout the year, including the Goole and District Agricultural Show and the Goole Waterways Festival to name a few. The world famous Goole market is open Tuesday to Saturday every week. Goole is considered Yorkshire's best kept secret.
