My name is Pauline. This is my home and I would want it to be your home while you are staying. I am recently retired. I was a Deputy Headteacher in a secondary school. I travel quite a lot so you may find I am away while you stay.

Property information

A large detached house set in a great location, near to Durham Tees valley Airport, Teesside, North Yorkshire, Durham. I have 4 spare bedroom so it is suitable for small groups or families. A large detached property, set in lovely surroundings. Very quiet but ideally located to visit adjoining North Yorkshire or Teesside. 5 minutes from Yarm, a lovely market town. I have 4 spare rooms, with double beds and a twin room. I can rent one, two or all four rooms out. Price is per room. One has an ensuite which is priced slightly higher, and the other three have a shared bathroom. Rest of the house is shared. You would be welcome to use the facilities in the rest of the house, which includes the living room, dining room, the kitchen, conservatory and the garden. You are welcome to cook your own meals. There is also access to a full table tennis table and some gym equipment in the garage. WIfi is available. Plenty of off-road parking. Access to tea, coffee and cereal/toast/yoghurts for breakfast.

Neighbourhood information

The house is very close to the airport, but there is no noise from the planes. It is a very quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood.
