The property was renovated in 2014, and we have tried to keep the character of the cottage, including the bread oven in the living room fire place. The kitchen was an extension built before I bought the property, which comes fully equippedThe cottage has views across the village green, where cricket is played in the summer months. Please note that the stairs are little steep and narrow, so you need to consider this if you have any mobility issues. If you have any questions or concerns with regards to this, please ask.
Hi Im Kath......I have lived in the village of Evenley for a few years now, and love it. We decided to buy a cottage to rent out so that guests can enjoy our village too!!
A local coffee shop and post office is two doors away, and across the green is the local pub which serves good food and ales. The town of Brackley is only a few minutes away.
