The house is in a Private road convenient for West Byfleet town centre and train station where is certainly one of West Byfleet's most sought-after locations due to the close proximity to the shops and train station, providing frequent service to London Waterloo. There is convenient access to the M25 and A3 providing important links to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. West Byfleet sits between the two ancient villages of Byfleet and Pyrford and shares two of its boundaries with these villages, along with the River Wey and Godalming Navigations which were built in the 1600s. The River Wey Navigation is a waterway of almost 20 miles connecting Godalming in Surrey with the Thames at Weybridge which is perfect for hiking and weekend get away.
