Set on the seafront at pretty much the exact spot where Hastings meets St Leonards, this bright and spacious one-bedroom, first-floor apartment has additional bedding options in the front room and can easily accommodate up to four guests. And did we mention the view? Reflecting the spirit and energy of the local area, with its bars, restaurants, galleries, shops and live entertainment venues, the apartment blends home comforts with an arty edge. Come for the handy location, stay for the classic archival music photography. All high ceilings and large bay windows, there’s a lovely quiet bedroom set away from the front of the apartment, a big kitchen for some extra socialising, bathroom (with deep bath and/or shower option) and plenty of storage. The flat is situated on the first floor; there's also a lift if you need it (handy if you've overdone the luggage a bit).

With Hastings Old Town and other really interesting stretches like Trinity Street and Queens Road in one direction and the vitality and vigour of St Leonards in another (Norman Road and all the other inspiring delights is just a quick stroll away), you really couldn’t ask for a better location (St Leonards Warrior Square mainline train station is 10 minutes walk around the corner and Hastings station is a 20 minute walk away ). And if all that gets a little too much, you can always just sit back and take in the light on the waves…
