A quiet cosy two double bedroom apartment located a short distance from beautiful Broughty Ferry ( 1.8 miles) vibrant Dundee ( 5.3 miles ) and the historic St Andrews ( 10 miles) Cosy restaurant and bar the Bell Tree is a five minute walk from the property along with a range of local amenities within Panmurefield village.
