Welcome to Lythwood House, a stunning 5 bedroom detached home close to Gloucester City Centre Whether you a looking for short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay or just a well needed get-together with friends this home is the perfect choice for you. Key Features: - Beautiful open plan kitchen / lounge / diner with bi-folding doors leading to the patio and rear garden. -Downstairs also has: private entrance, 2 double bedrooms for up to 4 guests, one of which has an en suite shower, a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet. - Upstairs has: 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 guests and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath - Bed sizes for the 5 bedrooms are as follows: 1 x Super King 2 x King Size, 2 x Double - The kitchen has an island with sink and dishwasher and breakfast bar for 2 along with a Rangemaster oven, gas hob and fridge freezer. - Dining table for 10 guests. - Comfy corner sofa for 6 guest with wall mounted Smart TV. - Stunning, fully enclosed south facing garden with patio with patio furniture for 8 guests. - The garden also has a small private playground for children. - We welcome pets for an additional GBP20 per day per pet.
