Clean Skandi influenced top floor flat, nice & airy and flooded with (legendary Margate) sunlight. Our newly renovated flat is new to BDC and we are really pleased with how it has turned out. Located on the 3rd floor of a converted Victorian house, the space is both family friendly and suited for group of friends. The kitchen/living room is modern and open plan with a breakfast bar, comfy sofas round tables and dining chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new, medium firm mattress, chest of drawers and built in cupboard. The second bedroom has two single beds with zip & link medium firm luxury mattress that can EITHER be set up as a Superking OR two single beds. Please let us know your preference in advance and we will aim to accommodate your needs. Whilst we spent a lot of effort refurbing the inside, the outside (like much of Cliftonville ) still needs a little love. It shouldn’t affect your stay but please be aware that the communal hallway and the front of the building have not yet been refurbished. Deposit is collected via bank Payment/ PayPal before arrival/ day of arrival. Check in instructions will be given thereafter.
