Stylishly refurbished and self-contained, Mayfield Lodge is classy, comfortable, and excellently equipped. On the grounds of Mayfield House, at the edge of Paxford with gated private parking, Mayfield Lodge has countryside views and walks on the doorstep. Mayfield Lodge is perfect for exploring the North Cotswolds - the major towns are all close, including Chipping Campden ( just 2 miles away) Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow on the Wold, and Broadway. The excellent Ebrington Arms pub is a short walk or drive away and there are numerous pubs and restaurants within 2-3 miles of Mayfield Lodge.

Becky and Andy are friendly, welcoming hosts who know the local area well. They will be delighted to offer suggestions on places to visit and things to do. Many guests have commented on the lodge's decor, which Becky created; after leaving corporate life Becky is studying for a post-graduate diploma with the British Academy of Interior Design. When he's not cleaning the lodge, Andy writes fiction - The Honorable Hitman by A J Turton is his latest novel!

Paxford is a welcoming village in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside with lovely walks on the doorstep. Great pubs, restaurants, National Trust properties, and other historic locations are close by. At Easter each year the Paxford Races run and every other year the Paxfest music festival takes place on the village green.
