This is a ONE BEDROOM APPARTMENT with one DOUBLE BED. The bedroom has sufficient space to also set up a travel cot (supplied if required) and can sleep up to 3 guests (double and large single sofa bed, which is low and also ideal for toddlers). In order to accommodate families of 4 or more the lounge can be converted to a second sleeping space. This means that we can accommodate up to 5 guests (2 in the lounge and 3 in the bedroom) for short stays, however not longer durations. Where 2 guests would like separate beds, we can permit the use of the sofa bed in the lounge or the bedroom (however please be sure to let us know so that the appropriate charges can be made) The property has full kitchen facilities with appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine, cooker, microwave). There is a luxury waterfall shower. Large lounge / Dining / Kitchen area. Free secure parking for one vehicle. We want your stay to be a comfortable as possible so we we will contact you directly before your stay to discuss your requirements.
I purchased the property in July 2019 as I love the location. It is perfect for easy access to numerous tourist attractions (Severn Valley Railway, The West Midlands Safari Park to name a few). My husband and I maintain the property privately and want all our guests to enjoy the luxury and the quality we have provided. We welcome families and couples to our apartment who will respect the facilities and enjoy the area. Where possible will always aim to meet and great you ourselves at the start of your stay. We look forward to hosting your holiday or overnight stay soon. Please be sure to book the correct number of guests so we can set up the property for your comfort as booking errors could result in access being refused to the property or additional charges being raised.
