Located in Congleton Cheshire. Ideally located with walking distance from the Town Centre, less than a 5 minute walk. Congleton is an up and coming town with lovely restaurants and bars close by. The property was originally used as a public house, called The Durham Ox. The back of the original pub has recently been converted in to modern houses. Practically new with modern kitchen with granite work surfaces. Open kitchen/lounge area with bi folding patio doors on to a private patio. We also have a private parking space for your convenience. There are lots of lovely walks close by. Ideal for visiting local family and friends, attending local weddings or work.
