IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Centrium building is currently wrapped in scaffolding in order to replace the external building cladding. Because of this, views will be affected. These works are expected to be completed end September 2025. Centrium is 2mins walk from the railway station, provides 24hr security & free onsite gymnasium. This apartment is on the 6th floor. The living space is open plan with living/dining and kitchen area. Guests should expect some outside road noise as the development is in the town centre. Guests should note that Pre-Arrival security checks requiring Photo ID for the main guest will be conducted. A damage security deposit is also paid. This is handled via our partner Truvi and must be paid within 14 days of arrival or for last minute bookings, once booked. This falls in line with our cancellation policy. Woking town centre has an abundance of retail shops, cafes and restaurants all within either a pedestrian walkway or within the two shopping malls. In-between the malls is an artisan market open 7 days a week. Within the town centre is a multi-screen cinema, national theatre with shows on tour from London's West End, an indoor bowling alley and the HG Wells centre. The lightbox art gallery and museum can be reached alongside the Basingstoke canal located on the edge of the town centre. Further afield is Mercedes Benz World, RHS Wisley and numerous golf courses.
