Once inside, head up to the first floor, where you’ll find your inviting home away from home. The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxation and family time. With a comfortable sofa, dining table for four, and a fully equipped modern kitchen—featuring an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher—everything you need for a home-cooked meal or casual dining is at your fingertips. Pinewood View offers two beautifully furnished bedrooms: *Double Bedroom: A cosy and stylish space facing the back of the building, with ample storage for your belongings. *Twin Bedroom with Ensuite: Perfect for children or additional guests, this twin room comes complete with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy. *Family Bathroom: A stylishly designed space featuring shower, sink, and WC, providing convenience for the entire family. *En-suite Bathroom: The twin bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC, and sink.*Entryways: There are 2 entryways to the building’s shared hallway: *One from the back of the property near the parking space. *Another from the main road, Lake Road (Laik Road). *Smart Lock Access: Both entryways are secured with smart locks. You’ll receive a code to unlock the hallway door. *Key Safe: Outside the apartment door, located on the first floor, you’ll find a Masterlock key safe. Enter the code provided to access the key for the apartment. *Stairs: The apartment is located on the first floor and requires using the stairs to reach it. *Single-Level Apartment: Once inside, the apartment is all on one level, with easy access to the living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms for your convenience.

Step out of the door and you’re just moments away from catching a bus, hopping on a Windermere Lake Cruise, or grabbing a coffee at a local café. The Windermere train station is just a short ride away, making your journey smooth and stress-free. And if you’re driving, don’t worry—plenty of paid car parks are just around the corner. Not to mention, it’s a walker’s dream! Set off on foot for a scenic hike up Loughrigg Fell for panoramic views, or take a leisurely stroll to Stock Ghyll Force, a beautiful waterfall right on the edge of town. For something a bit more challenging, Wansfell Pike offers breathtaking vistas of the surrounding fells and valleys.
