This single-storey home consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with a rangemaster cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine,dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with woodburning stove and Smart TV. There is also a boot room to keep your shoes. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with TV and en-suite and a king-size bedroom with TV and an en-suite. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome with a charge of 25 per week applied for the 2nd dog; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 4.8 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Quoit X Barn is a charming escape to the countryside of Devon. Please note: Christmas and New Year 2024 will have a Friday changeover. Bampton is a lovely Devon village nestled in a forested valley on the banks of the River Batherm, a tributary of the Exe and near to Exmoor National Park. Bampton is known for its floral displays, pony fair, and folk festival, and has attractive Georgian cottages and buildings, as well as a broad choice of stores. Fishing on the two reservoirs at Wimbleball and Clatworthy, Exmoor safaris on spectacular windswept moors, walking the Exe Valley Way, horseriding across the moor, and cycling along the Lowman Way are just a few of the country pastimes available in this rural area.
