The description on the main page is created by bookingsdotcom. The Beach and Crimdon Dene are 10 minutes away on foot. 2 minute walk from the Caravan is a council run café. Onsite is a small supermarket, clubhouse and entertainment facilities. Turn left out of the site and you head to the nearest town, Blackhall, at Blackhall there is several takeaways and a supermarket. Turn right and you head into Hartlepool with several supermarkets and numerous takeaways and restaurants. Also there is the marina with restaurants, Pubs and the Navy Museum. Across the road from the exit is Tweedles petting farm. Parking on site can be at times difficult depending on what time of the week you visit, you can park alongside the van, there is a laybe type of parking for two vehicles just behind the van and if that is full there is space on the land over the road but be careful as there is a kerb to contend with. Wifi is provided by the site at a cost in all areas, however if there is adverse weather conditions this does tend to drop. If your phone is important to you i suggest you use your providers tracker and see how strong the signal is in our location. The site is dark at night, this is due to trying to reduce light pollution so the views are not affected.
