This recently modernised penthouse apartment will take your breath away with its amazing city views! Everything you could want in a luxurious stay including Super King Bed, Balcony, Full Kitchen, City views and Netflix! This penthouse apartment is situation 8 minute walk from the centre giving fast access across Birmingham! Great for the Christmas German Market, Shopping at the Bullring, Music events and the local football grounds. Included with your stay: Secure underground Parking FAST Wifi Coffee, Tea and sugar. Bathroom wash products City View from your Bed Balcony Super king sized bed **All booking require you to sign a rental agreement, pay a small refundable deposit and supply Identification**
