This property is spacious, it has a real open fire for cosy nights in, as well as gas central heating. It is really close to transport links, for Wrexham, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester. Being situated in North Wales, you have also a choice of coastal towns, to visit as well as Snowdonia National Park. Locally, you are very close to the hub of business, ideal for meetings or work located at Maelor Hospital just 2 miles away. Overall an ideal location for holiday and business visitors.
I have been a professional landlord for 11 years, I am very friendly and approachable. I have high standards in offering accommodation . I have lived in Wrexham for over 20 years for good reason, it's a fantastic base for the whole of north Wales. I just love Wales.
This is a residential street with a corner shop set off a B road that runs directly into Wrexham town centre, it then links to the A483 that allows you to commute into Chester and, in the opposite direction into Shropshire. Locally, you have many tourist attractions such as Llangollen, Llandegla Mountain bike Centre and the Horseshoe Pass, plus lovely Country Parks. Days out to the coast via the A55 are also easily accessible. For business stays you are close by to access the business parks, highways and infrastructure that allows you to access town and country very easily. The closest pub within walking distance is in Tanyfron, otherwise into town 2 miles away. You are on a bus route and yellow cars offer a good taxi service. The Soul Suite in town is a great venue for a night out especially if you like Northern Soul music but also have an eatery in the day. I hope that has offered a good introduction to Wrexham and its surrounds, not forgetting we have a great football stadium if you fancy watching a match. Or why not visit the Lemon Tree restaurant in the town centre or the Tyn Chapel in Mineral for fantastic meals.
