No smoking.. This absolutely gorgeous cottage is located just outside of the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow, not far from Edinburgh. Ideal for a family or small group, this three bedroom property will sleep six people in luxury. One of the three en-suite bedrooms has been fitted as a twin, with the other two having exceptionally comfortable kingsize beds. It may be of interest that one of the kingsize double rooms is on the ground floor. The open-plan living area enjoys a view over garden and the surrounding fields towards Linlithgow at the rear. Guests will love returning in the evening after a day out exploring and enjoying the area, kicking off their boots and relaxing in front of the exceptionally cosy wood burner.
