This beautiful Northumberland holiday cottage, was once the family home of the owner and remains cherished within the Bamburgh First Collection, the interiors have been beautifully designed to include high-quality finishes throughout, ensuring guests enjoy a perfect escape. Spindlestone House has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

Spindlestone House, is situated next to Waren Burn. Just a stones throw from the front door you will find the picturesque setting of the Burn flowing under the nearby Spindlestone bridge.
This Northumberland holiday cottage is also only half a mile from the Budle Bay bird sanctuary and less than a 10-minute drive from the historic seaside village of Bamburgh. Here, the renowned Bamburgh Castle stands tall, casting its majestic shadow over the miles of sandy beaches that stretch to the north and the quaint village green to the west. Recently, for the 4th year in a row Bamburgh has earned the distinction crowned best seaside resort by consumer group Which?, receiving a 5 star rating for its beaches, seafront, peace and quiet, scenery and value for money.. Within the village, visitors are greeted by a charming array of shops, pubs, restaurants, tea houses, and cafes, as well as one of Britain’s most scenic golf clubs, where guests of Bamburgh First are granted the privilege of complimentary play when no competitions are taking place.
A mere 20-minute drive away lies the market town of Alnwick, a historical gem boasting the iconic Alnwick Castle, the enchanting Alnwick Gardens, and the renowned Barter Books. Northward, a 25-minute journey takes you to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, while the picturesque Cheviot Hills and the vast expanse of Northumberland National Park beckon just 20 minutes to the west. For those seeking maritime adventures, Seahouses, a gateway to boat trips to the Farne Islands, is a short 15-minute drive away. Venturing southward, the legendary Hadrian’s Wall can be reached in under two hours.
A short excursion also unveils a tapestry of picturesque fishing towns dotting the coastline, including Craster, famed for its kippers, Newton by the Sea, Alnmouth, and Amble with its charming marina.
