The hotel does not accept bookings for more than 6 rooms. These reservations have different terms & conditions and are dealt with by the Hotels Groups Department.

During home games, the property cannot accommodate guests/fans from the opposing team.

The property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 250 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property.

The credit card used to make the booking will need to be processed at check-in and an additional authorisation will be taken. On check-in, the hotel will require guests to pre-authorise their credit/debit cards for a minimum of £50 to cover for any incidentals during the stay. Any unutilised amounts will be released back to the card. This usually happens within 5 working days depending on your banks processes.

The hotel is a cashless property.

The extra bed price does not include breakfast for the additional guest in the room.

Millennium Hotels & Resorts hotels may implement enhanced security measures from time to time, such as required identification checks and/or security searches. Millennium Hotels & Resorts appreciate your understanding and co-operation during these times as the safety of guests and staff is of the utmost importance to the hotel.

There is a car park available on-site at Stamford Bridge. This is not owned or operated by the hotel. No spaces can be reserved and no advance payment made. The maximum height allowed is 203cm. One day prior to match day & on match day, there will be NO entry to the car park on site.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
