A beautiful three bed home located in a sought after residential location close to Xscape super mall which has everything you need from shopping, restaurants, cinema, and lots more, local amenities, and major transport links via M62 into near by cities. It has just been wonderfully decorated, fully furnished, for friendly professional house mates or a family, so whether you are commuting and need some rest and relaxation, we are very easy to find.
Clean, family-friendly neighborhood, with a large playing field for sporting activities 50 meters from the property. Easy road access in and out. Getting around the neighborhood is fairly easy with 1 main entrance and exit. There are 2 free parking spaces on the drive directly in front of the property.
