We are set in rural Norfolk, central to a range of amenities and places of Interest. Our property has its own Lazy spa where you can relax and chill with a glass of wine. We have a large field that can be accessed and enjoyed. We are just 18 miles from the fabulous North Norfolk Beaches and set on a conservation area surrounded by walks and cycle paths and plenty of wildlife. We are very central to Fakenham Races, Thursford Christmas Spectacular, Sandringham House and Watanga Wildlife reserve and with lots of popular Wedding venues close by.

We look forward to meeting all of our guests and providing you with a warm welcome. We have a number of outdoor games for you to enjoy such as table tennis, football table, quoits and swing ball

There are some fabulous eating places nearby, The award winning Brisley Bell and the Bull at Litcham are both worth a special mention. Dereham and Fakenham are our nearest towns with all the supermarkets providing a delivery service to our area. There is a local village store and post office available for a few essentials should you need them.
