The Barn at Waunlippa is a welcoming, cosy barn conversion near the village of Narberth in Pembrokeshire. The barn conversion can sleep two people in one king-size double bedroom. The property also contains a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the property is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed courtyard garden with hot tub and furniture as well as shared use of grounds and seating areas around the lake. Located in stunning countryside, The Barn at Waunlippa is a lovely cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year. Kayak hire is available at beaches in the area and for guests with their own kayaks there is also a local estuary. The property is spacious enough to accommodate kayak storage and/or or golf clubs. The drive is also large enough to accommodate a vehicle with a towed boat. The property is approx 2 miles from the local train station. Dog friendly owners, three small or two medium well-behaved pets are most welcome, if more please enquire. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. The Barn at Waunlippa is also a fantastic location to admire wildlife - The pond attracts several birds, among those, you will be able to see: Green and Great Spotted Woodpecker/ Grey Heron/ Kingfisher/ Wild Ducks/ More Hens/ Redwings/ Collared Doves/ Peacocks/ Gold Crest/ Treecreeper/ Nuthatch/ Wren/ Dipper/ Grey Wagtail/ Chaffinches/ Goldfinch/ Blue Tits/ Great Tits.
