Property information

Bryngwyn is an exceptional 18th century Listed house, set amidst the picturesque, rolling hills of North Powys and surrounded by expansive parkland. The Coach House is a spacious, elegant and inviting cottage, making it the perfect spot to explore and enjoy the stunning beauty of this part of Wales.

Neighbourhood information

The Bryngwyn Estate is surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside, with endless paths exploring lakes, canals and wooded valleys in this uncrowded scenic area. The Stumble Inn is within walking distance from The Coach House and has their own original cask ales and restaurant serving local produce. In nearby Llanfechain Plas yn Dinas gastro pub also comes highly recommended. Just a short drive away the pretty market town of Llanfyllyn has an wide range of shops and eateries, a weekly farmers market, and The Workhouse arts and heritage centre which hosts a variety of events and is well worth visiting. Powis Castle and Garden National Trust medieval castle and grand country house is just beyond Welshpool and welcomes visitors throughout the year (seasonal times). Birdwatchers can enjoy the RSPB reserve at Lake Vyrwy not far from Bryngwyn Estate. Also a fun day out for all is a trip on the Cambrian Heritage Railway, based in Oswestry. This lively town also has a vibrant market, historic attractions, tours, events and cafes aplenty.
