This modern, recently constructed, 2 double bedroom apartment with stylish fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and utility room is ideal for holidays, short breaks or longer term stays for working professionals. There is a large patio complete with outdoor garden furniture for alfresco dining. The apartment is ideally located for anyone wishing to explore South Devon and Dartmoor, with nearby local towns and beaches including Teignmouth, Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessed via outdoor steps (not suitable for wheelchair access). The kitchen and dining area is open plan and features the following; fully equipped kitchen complete with integrated oven, hob, fridge freezer, and dish washer. Further facilities include microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. There is a dining table to cater for 4 guests. The lounge features a 3 seater sofa, separate chair, smart HD TV, games and books for entertainment and a small selection of DVDs. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and 2 bedside tables. Bedroom 2 features a double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The utility room incudes a washing machin

Located within walking distance: - Sainsburys Supermarket - Aldi Supermarket - Toby Carvery - McDonalds - Newton Abbot Town Centre (20 mins) - Milber Woods - Decoy Country Park There is free on-site parking for one vehicle plus free on-street parking for any additional vehicles. The apartment is located just off of the Devon Expressway which connects to Torbay (10 minutes) and Exeter (15 minutes). There are local buses with the bus stop located just a 2 minute walk away and the mainline train station is a 15 minute walk. The apartment has secure undercover mountain and road bike storage and is within easy access to Haldon Forest off-road bike trails. There is also an abundance of cycle tracks in the locality.
