Been in hospitality for over 30 yrs. I am a dog lover, so having a pet friendly establishment is an absolute joy.

Property information

Under new ownership since 2019 and renovated into a unique boutique style accommodation. The Mayfield vibe is a cosy, relaxed one, so feels more like a home stay than a hotel. We are dog friendly so please bring your four legged family member along on your holiday, they will love it here being so close to the beach. We do offer a continental breakfast, (plus bacon rolls) at an additional charge, however there is a cafe just one block away has a great all day breakfast menu. Plenty of parking available on the street with no restrictions.

Neighbourhood information

Great location close to beach and park with varied restaurants and shops, close to town centre but far enough away from the maddening crowds.
